This Service provides AI-generated responses and does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. If signs of a health emergency or self-harm risk are detected, official resources may be suggested, but this does not substitute for real emergency response. AI answers can be wrong, so have a human check anything that matters.
The Service is for users aged 14 or older. At entry you declare this yourself with the "I am 14 or older" checkbox; the Operator does not verify your actual age. Users aged 14-18 are periodically reminded they are talking to an AI, and the Service will not encourage sexual conversation with them.
The Service is free and carries no advertising. There is no plan to charge for it. If that ever changes in a way that would bill you, we will announce it inside the Service at least 30 days in advance and ask for your consent.
Rooms have no designated "owner" - all members are equal. Anyone may report inappropriate content. Prohibited: child sexual content, suicide/self-harm methods, weapon-making instructions, posting others' personal data without consent, spam, harassment. The safety filter cannot be disabled by any user. Links and phone numbers cannot be posted in Rooms. The author can delete their own post, and a post is hidden automatically once 3 different members report it.
Violating the law or these Terms, bypassing safety mechanisms, impersonation, and automated abusive access are prohibited.
This Service is run by one person, for free. It may change or stop, in part or entirely, because of the Operator's circumstances, a policy change at an outside provider (such as Cloudflare), or technical problems. If the Service is shut down completely, we will announce it inside the Service at least 30 days in advance. Your personal conversations and memories live on your own device, so they remain there even if the Service ends. Content you posted to Rooms or the Gallery, however, lives on the server and disappears with it. During the notice period (at least 30 days) you can keep your own content by copying it or saving the screen. There is currently no feature to download all room or gallery content at once.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for force-majeure outages, inaccuracies in AI responses, or damages from content posted by other users in Rooms. This does not exclude liability for the Operator's own intent or gross negligence.
When these Terms change, the new text and its effective date will be posted on this page at least 7 days beforehand (at least 30 days for changes that disadvantage users). If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please tell us first at the contact below and we will try in good faith to resolve it. If it must go to court, jurisdiction follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act. A user who is a consumer may bring an action in the court for their own address or place of residence.
